Job Overview: Rebuilt seeks a proactive professional with 2-3 years in Facilities management for day-to-day ticket management and vendor coordination. The role involves managing service requests, onboarding vendors, and ensuring smooth operations across India.
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage daily service tickets efficiently.
-Source, onboard, and maintain vendor relationships Pan India.
-Ensure timely and quality service delivery.
-Provide quick, accurate quotations.
-Oversee and manage tasks to completion.
-Maintain and update MIS for tasks and vendor activities.
Key Requirements:
-2-3 years of experience in Facilities management.
-Strong network of vendor contacts across India.
-Proven ability in ticket management and work orders.
-Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
-Experience in generating same-day quotations.
-Strong communication skills.
